At UBS, we have a very strong culture that encourages an injury free work environment. Over the last 50+ years we have always maintained very low injury rates. Our "experience modification factor" which measures the amount of work-related injuries over time is one of the lowest in the industry.

We accomplish this by maintaining a family like work environment. We don't want our co-workers or subcontractors to be hurt so we accept nothing less than excellence from ourselves and our subcontractors. UBS continuously updates our employees training to maintain the highest standards.
