UBS is committed to the success of sustainable construction practices. We are proving that green buildings are not only good for the environment, they are also more efficient, cost effective and enable more productive work environments.
Years of experience have allowed us to amass extensive knowledge regarding best practices. Currently the City of Palo Alto and UBS have partnered to create a leading edge geothermal research project. Our goal is to demonstrate a 30% reduction in cooling and heating costs in low rise commercial buildings.
